馃毃 URGENT: Israel confirms the abduction and forced transfer of Saif Abu Keshek and Thiago 脕vila to Israel – Global Sumud Flotilla coordinators in grave danger

Denunciamos ante la comunidad internacional el secuestro y traslado forzoso de los coordinadores internacionales de la Global Sumud Flotilla:
Saif Abu Keshek, activista catal谩n residente en Barcelona.
Thiago 脕vila , activista brasile帽o y coordinador internacional.
El propio gobierno confirm贸 hoy, 2 de mayo de 2026, que ambos ya se encuentran en territorio israel铆 bajo custodia el interrogatorio.
Ninguno de estos activistas viaj贸 a Israel por voluntad propia.
Fueron detenidos por fuerzas militares israel铆es durante una intercepci贸n ocurrida en aguas internacionales del Mediterr谩neo, frente a , dentro del espacio mar铆timo europeo y a m谩s de 1.000 kil贸metros de la costa israel铆.
Esto constituye una situaci贸n de extrema gravedad internacional y podr铆a involucrar violaciones m煤ltiples del derecho internacional, incluyendo:
Libertad de navegaci贸n en alta mar bajo la Convenci贸n de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Derecho del Mar.
Protecci贸n de misiones civiles y humanitarias bajo los Convenios de Ginebra.
Prohibici贸n de detenci贸n arbitraria bajo la Declaraci贸n Universal de Derechos Humanos.
Prohibici贸n absoluta de tortura y coerci贸n bajo la Convenci贸n contra la Tortura.
Adem谩s, participantes liberados de distintas nacionalidades habr铆an denunciado malos tratos durante la custodia. Asimismo, la dirigente argentina denunci贸 p煤blicamente haber sufrido torturas y coerci贸n durante una detenci贸n previa en Israel en 2025.
Saif Abu Keshek y Thiago 脕vila est谩n en grave peligro.

We denounce before the international community the abduction and forced transfer of the international coordinators of the Global Sumud Flotilla:
Saif Abu Keshek Catalan activist based in Barcelona.
Thiago 脕vila Brazilian activist and international coordinator.
The government officially confirmed today, May 2, 2026, that both activists have arrived in Israeli territory under custody and interrogation.
Neither of these activists traveled to Israel voluntarily.
They were detained by Israeli military forces during an interception in international waters of the Mediterranean, near , within European maritime space and more than 1,000 kilometers from the Israeli coast.
This situation raises extremely serious concerns under international law, including possible violations involving:
Freedom of navigation under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
Protection of civilian humanitarian missions under the Geneva Conventions.
Protection against arbitrary detention under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Absolute prohibition of torture and coercion under the Convention Against Torture.
Released participants from multiple nationalities have reportedly denounced mistreatment during custody. In addition, Argentine activist publicly reported torture and coercion during a previous detention in Israel in 2025.
Saif Abu Keshek and Thiago 脕vila are in grave danger.
